Waste steel(Aluminum) charging system

Aluminum scrap lifting: fill in the aluminum scrap into ground belt conveying machine hopper by forklift, the belt conveying mechanism deliver the aluminum scratch to the belt conveying machine hopper on the electrical furnace platform;

Electrical furnace charging:when the ground conveying machine lifts the aluminum scrap to the furnace conveying machine hopper,the charging belt conveying machine starts to deliver aluminum scrap to electrical furnace for metallurgy,the 2 sets of belt conveying machine will carry out continuous charging for the electrical furnace;

Charging pattern: when the platform belt conveying machine is full of materials, in case of necessity, the charging belt machine will be operated to feed appropriate quantity of materials into electrical furnace. Or when it is necessary, the charging belt will be controlled to reverse in order to prevent the scattered drop of the materials. During the maintenance of electrical furnace, the operators will move the charging machine in Y direction.
