Compound injection desulfurization system

Compound injection desulfurization process adopts jet metallurgy processing equipment, which sprinkles the two kinds of desulfurizers and two blowpipes into the molten iron to carry out desulfurization through one spray gun inserted in molten iron tank. The adoption of compound injection desulfurization process solves the problem of large quantity of molten iron resulfurization to a large extent, at the same time, it greatly reduces the high cost of magnesium desulfurizer. Desulfurization cost is largely reduced by using big quantity of lime powder and a little magnesium agent.
