Desulphurization system of KR method

Desulphurization system of KR method is a mechanical stirring desulphurization method, it means to insert the cross-shaped mixing propeller formed after teeming the resistant materials into the quantitative molten iron for rotation after baking, which causes vortex for molten iron, afterwards, quantitative desulfurizer will be put into the molten iron vortex to make desulphurization reaction happen during the continuous stirring of the desulfurizer and sulfur inside molten iron. The biggest advantage of this method is having favorable desulfurization dynamic conditions and therefore to have high desulfurization ratio(>90%).
