Off-center tapping (slag tapping) trolley

This trolley is responsible for transporting the molten steel to the casting bay so as to realize continuous casting; it can also be used as a transporting vehicle for the different processes of refining furnaces. When the IF is smelting, steel and slag tapping in the fume collection hood (fully enclosed hood) can be realized.

●Its operation is safe and reliable;

●It meets the requirements of the steel/slag tapping process of IF and steel/slag tapping in the hood is    realized;

●IF and LF workshops can be connected by this trolley, which can be shared in the two workshops;

●The cables are high temperature resistant cables; the winding can be done on a cable drum; at the    part of steel making trolley, a protection casing can be applied to protect the cable, which can ensure    the normal operation;

●It can be equipped with frequency inverter technology, with which the start and operation of the    trolley is more stable and smooth;

●Control method: Remote control/manual control, whereas remote control is the main control mode.    The start, operation and stop are simple, accurate and reliable.
