Hydraulic pressure roll-over (scrap) charging trolley

As the casting and mechanical industries are developing by leaps and bounds, the steel smelting technology has also been improving quickly. The smelting with induction furnace has become a key process for special steel, and it is valued highly so it has been developed well. In order to match the feature of IF "charging less each time and charging more frequently", Tungta has developed the hydraulic roll-over (scrap steel) charging trolley, which effectively helps to improve the smelting process and improve the speed of melting the scrap steel; this design also meets the requirement of "prepared burden entering the furnace" and the sorting of scrap steel, and help to quicken the speed of charging.

●The charging trolley is applicable to the process pace of IF smelting, and it can reduce the intensity of    operators' work and production cost and improve the operability;

●When the charging trolley is roll over, the blanking of the scrap steel is stable and smooth and there is    small fall drop, so the scrap steel will not impact the furnace wall or cause splashes of molten steel,    which is safe and convenient;

●The charging trolley, the structure of the feed bin applies special treatment, and the mechanism and material and its design is reasonable and reliable; they have high rigidity, strength and longer lifetime; the hydraulic part is the product of famous brands in China;

●The lower part of the blanking opening is a heat and abrasion-resistant steel plate which is suitable to    the working condition of high temperature, oxidation and corrosion--this is to minimize the wear of    the blanking edge;

●There are various ways of charging, such as charging at the front, at the back and at the side; For the    same set of IFs, the charging trolleys can be interchanged; in this proposal, the charging is carried out    at the back;

●Control method: Remote control/manual control, whereas remote control is the main control mode.    The start, operation and stop are simple, accurate and reliable.
